A worked example (illustration only)
Premium costs ₹49 per month. At the 25% starting rate, each ₹49 Premium payment earns you ₹49 × 25% = ₹12.25. As an example, if 40 of your students keep Premium in a given month, that is 40 × ₹12.25 = ₹490 for that month, before any test series they buy. This is only an illustration using the real price and rate — your actual total depends on what your students buy, and nothing is promised or guaranteed.
When do sales clear and how are teachers paid?
Each sale clears after 14 days — the refund window — so that any refunded purchase is reversed before money is paid out. Once ₹500 has cleared, SeatBeat pays you regularly by UPI or bank transfer, after your PAN and payout details have been verified.
On tax: TDS is deducted as per Income Tax rules under section 194H only once your commission in a financial year (April–March) goes above ₹20,000, and it shows on your Form 26AS. Below that, nothing is deducted. If your partner account is ever deactivated, new purchases stop earning for you, but commission you have already earned is still paid.
