What if a student buys years later?
You still earn. Once a student is linked to you the link doesn’t expire, so a purchase next month or two years from now counts the same. What you earn depends on what your students actually buy; there is no fixed or guaranteed amount. If your partner account is deactivated, new purchases stop earning for you, but commission already earned is still paid.
How are students linked to me?
They scan your QR, open your link, or type your code when they sign up. A student who already has an account can add your code on their profile before their first purchase. Once linked, a student stays yours.
When and how am I paid?
Each sale clears after 14 days (the refund window). Once ₹500 has cleared we pay regularly by UPI or bank transfer, after your PAN and payout details are checked.
Is tax deducted?
Under section 194H, 2% TDS is deducted only once your commission in a financial year (April–March) goes above ₹200. It shows on your Form 26AS.
Do my students pay more?
No. Students pay the same price as everyone else; SeatBeat pays your commission.
