About This Recruitment
This brochure covers admission to the 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.E./B.Tech. programs through Lateral Entry for diploma holders, for the session 2026-27, in state university departments, government and private self-financing institutions in Haryana. Admission is based on an Online Common Entrance Test (OCET) for Lateral Entry (LEET) followed by counseling.
